AniFlow (“we”, “us”) operates the AniFlow website and related APIs. Contact: [email protected].

2. Information we collect

• Account data: username, email, display name, password hash, avatar/banner paths, and login timestamps.
• Service data: favorites, custom lists, watch history (anime/episode progress), and preference signals needed for personalization.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, security cookies, and rate-limit identifiers used to protect the service.

3. How we use information

We use data to authenticate users, sync watch progress, operate lists/favorites, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with law. We do not sell personal account data.

4. Cookies and sessions

Authentication uses an httpOnly, SameSite session cookie. Session cookies are essential for signed-in features and are not used for third-party advertising.

5. Streaming and third parties

AniFlow does not host video files. Playback may load from independent third-party providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account remains active. You may permanently delete your account from Account settings, which removes associated lists, favorites, and watch history where technically feasible.

7. Security

We apply password hashing, httpOnly cookies, rate limiting, input validation, and transport security in production. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

9. Children

AniFlow is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not create an account if you are under the applicable age.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by revising the effective date on this page.
