Legally binding terms governing access to AniFlow, accounts, acceptable use, and third-party streams.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AniFlow you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten service integrity.

3. License and acceptable use

We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use AniFlow for personal, non-commercial anime discovery and tracking. You agree not to:

  • attempt unauthorized access, scrape abusively, or bypass rate limits/security controls;
  • interfere with availability, integrity, or performance of AniFlow;
  • upload malware, harass users, or use the service for unlawful purposes;
  • misrepresent affiliation with AniFlow.

4. Content and third-party streams

Catalog metadata may be sourced from third parties. Video streams are provided by unaffiliated providers. AniFlow does not claim ownership of those streams and is not responsible for third-party availability, legality in your jurisdiction, or content quality.

5. Intellectual property

AniFlow branding, interface code, and original site materials are protected. Anime titles, artwork, and related IP remain with their respective rights holders.

Copyright concerns should follow the process on our DMCA page.

7. Disclaimers

AniFlow is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AniFlow and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AniFlow from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
